Straight from the sunny shores of California’s Central Coast, ARDOR by Brightland is a fiery creation, blending 100% chili olive oil with a medley of red chili peppers, jalapeños, chipotle peppers, paprika, and early-harvest Frantoio olives. Each bottle is a testament to our commitment to freshness and flavor, with olives cold-pressed within 90 minutes of harvest.

Harvested in November 2022, ARDOR is presented in a 375 ML/12.7 fl oz glass bottle, meticulously UV-coated to preserve the chili olive oil’s integrity against harmful light exposure.
The label of ARDOR is a collaboration with New York-based artist Marleigh Culver. Inspired by the scorching summer heat, the dawn and dusk of Southern California, and Culver's Thai heritage, the label captures the essence of ARDOR's fiery spirit.
